The NCI Computational Oncology Working Group just published a review paper in The Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer titled “Ten Challenges and Opportunities in Computational Immuno-oncology”, exploring how robust computational methods and interdisciplinary collaboration can drive progress in effective cancer treatments.
This perspective is based on discussions at the virtual NCI Computational ImmunoOncology Workshop, which examined state of the art technologies, outstanding scientific gaps, and opportunities in computational approaches for immuno-oncology.
