Description: The BMPK Shared Resource at Roswell Park has developed assays to measure metabolites involved in glycolysis, TCA cycle, and tryptophan metabolism to complement the Biocrates MxP Quant 500 XL assay. The Biocrates MxP Quant 500 XL assay has increased measurable metabolites from 630 to 1,019, including 389 more lipids, making it a great option to study metabolism with an extensive lipidomics profile.
